This is where care at OAM actually starts. Your purchase connects you with a licensed physician over secure telemedicine — a real clinician, licensed in your state, reviewing your situation before anything is prescribed. A consultation is required before Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, NAD+, TRT and HRT products, and any other GLP-1 can be authorized. The fee is one-time and separate from the cost of any medication.

Once your purchase goes through, we send you consent and medical history forms to complete. When those come back, the OAM team schedules your appointment with a licensed physician and confirms the time with you. You meet over secure telemedicine, talk through your history and what you're after, and the physician decides what — if anything — is appropriate to prescribe. Approved protocols route straight to a licensed pharmacy.
