Refund Policy

Treatment is elective and is not typically covered by insurance. As acknowledged in your Informed Consent, all purchases are final and non-refundable in accordance with OutfitMD policies. This includes compounded and prescription medications, lyophilized products, supplies, and consultation fees, whether or not the package has been opened.

Compounded and prescription medications are prepared for you against an individual prescription. Pharmacy sterility and chain-of-custody rules prohibit accepting them back once dispensed, so they cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold.

Every medication order is reviewed by an independent licensed provider. If the provider determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, the medication is not dispensed and the medication portion of your order is refunded to your original payment method. The consultation fee covers the provider's review and is not refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will coordinate a replacement shipment with the pharmacy at no additional cost. Replacement, not refund, is the remedy for a shipping problem.

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated at checkout or required by law, we will notify you and offer the choice of consenting to the delay or cancelling the undispensed order for a refund.
